The 2025 Tucson Monsoon Blood Bowl Tourney will be held on Saturday September 27th, 2025 at Tucson Games & Gadgets/Tucson Mall.

There will also be a Kick-Off 7s Event, The Tucson Monsoon Lightning 7s Tourney held on Friday September 26th at Tucson Games & Gadgets/Tucson Mall.

Registration is $30 for 11s or $15 for 7s.

Another great trip and another great tournament.
Tucson, Arizona this weekend and the
2024 TUCSON MONSOON BLOOD BOWL TOURNEY.
If you're able to make it next year, you should.
The event was held in an amazing venue in the mall. Tucson Games and Gadgets. Huge space, lots of product and a full tavern in it. The barkeeps even dressed as elves and such.
The event itself was a ton of fun. I managed to win an award for most foul attempts. There was zero competition. I built my team to win the award and I probably had more than every other person there combined.
Then, in a shocking turn of fortunes, I won quite a few items in the raffles. Huge shout outs to Charlie Victor Products and Greebo Games and more for their support.

​Mark made the trip down from Las Vegas to his old stomping grounds of Tucson where he grew up. Mark brought along with him a University of Arizona WILDCATS themed KHORNE team with a matching UofA pitch and UofA dice. No BB Star Players on this team...it was just filled with past UofA Football All Americans! It was only fitting that he ended up taking back to Sin City, the Kokopelli Trophy and the 2024 TMBBT Championship. His team had a steady mix of scoring TDs and causing casualties on his opponents all tourney. An extremely seasoned BB coach, Mark took it upon himself to coach up and give advise to all four opponents he played ending with three wins and one tie. Well Done!

On the side of the wash bed Kokopelli came coming across a Blood Bowl football. Kokopelli was so intrigued by the Blood Bowl football that he went and asked Nuffle, The God of Blood Bowl, to teach him all about the game of Blood Bowl.
After hours upon hours of Nuffle explaining and teaching Kokopelli about the game of Blood Bowl, Kokopelli came to the decision that he wanted
KOKOPELLI and BLOOD BOWL
One afternoon, a long time ago, Kokopelli, a God of Birth and Agriculture, and who is also a Trickster God, was walking and playing his flute in the Sonoran Desert just after an intense monsoon had passed.
to host his own Blood Bowl Tournament set in the Sonoran Desert in an area he called, Tucson. But ahhhh, Kokopelli, The Trickster God that he is, envisioned the Blood Bowl Tournament to be held during the monsoon months of the Sonoran Desert so that the Blood Bowl matches would be played during extreme weather variations.
Kokopelli, loving everything to do with the Sonoran Desert, also decided that he would reincarnate long dead Blood Bowl Star Players in the form of a Sonoran Desert animal so that they could come back to life and play the great game of Blood Bowl, one more time.
The reincarnated Blood Bowl Star Player could play with any of the teams that choose to participate in the tournament and they would not be affected by any of the monsoon weather that may come up during the tournament. Lastly, Kokopelli decided to name the tournament the

The Tucson Monsoon Blood Bowl Tourney is a Nuffle Amorical Football (NAF) approved tournament. The NAF is an international assoication of coaches who play the fantasy football game of Blood Bowl. The NAF acts as the worldwide universal resource for Blood Bowl coaches all over the world. All coaches participating in the TMBBT must have a registered NAF name and NAF number. You can registered directly with the NAF for $10 prior to the TMBBT. You'll get a membership gift of NAF Blocking Dice and a special NAF coin which you can only get with an NAF membership and annual renewal.

The State of Arizona and the TMBBT is apart of the West Coast Grand Prix Tournament Series (WCGP). The WCGP helps promote greater participation in Blood Bowl Tournaments on the West Coast of America by creating an additional contest based on scoring obtained in WCGP approved events. The WCGP is sanctioned and sponsored by the NAF. Bryan Tew, NAF name, "Grither", is the WCGP Tournament Series Organizer.
